Gratitude is more than a positive mindset.
In Scripture, gratitude is a posture of the heart that shifts our attention from what we lack to what God is already doing.
The Apostle Paul writes:
“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
— 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Gratitude doesn't ignore difficulty.
Instead, it trains our hearts to recognize God's faithfulness even in the middle of ordinary or challenging moments.
Over time, gratitude begins to reshape how we see life, people, and even our relationship with God.
